Profile settings
Once you register for the GolWiz app, you should go to your 'Profile Settings' (under your Homepage) and complete your information, including changing your avatar. Remember only your 'username', age, and country are visibile to others on the app.

Joining a League
After updating your Profile Settings, the next step is to either join a contest or create your own contest. If you are creating a contest, it can be open to the public or private . Note, when you are joining a contest once the seasons have started already, it is recommended that you look at the date that contest was created (it is labelled underneath the contest name.) This will give you an idea how many games have aleardy been played by the current users so you are not too far behind. For example, joining an EPL contest that was created 2 weeks ago will likely have some players having 20 games predicted already.
Picking Scores
To make predictions, first go to your desired contest. Go to 'PICKS.' Once you make your preditictions, select 'CONFIRM.' You must see a green confirmation banner on the bottom of the screen to ensure your selection was accepted by the app. YOU MUST SELECT 'CONFIRM' FOR EVERY GAME PREDICTION. You can even go back and change your score (to within a few minutes before the game starts) but this time you will have to press 'EDIT.' You will need a banner confirmation at the bottom of the screen as well when you edit your scores.
Checking the Pool
Users can see the predictions of the other players in their specific league after the game has started. This is called the 'POOL.' To see this, first go to the specific 'CONTEST,' then select 'MATCHES.' Choose the specific game you are interested in. You will then see 'POOL' on the top of the screen. This will take you to the group predictions. Remember you can only see the group picks after the game has started. One can also go back and see previous games, by touching your screen and scrolling down to go back to previous dates.
